These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of this website and any purchases, donations, or communications made through it. By placing an order, making a donation, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms in full. Contactstrongasus@gmail.com

1. Payments Not Processed

If your payment has not been processed, no refund is necessary, as no funds have been received.

2. Pre-Paid Orders in Ukraine

For all pre-paid orders placed within Ukraine, will be given a 'return upon inspection' option and your full amount will be refunded within 7-14 days depending on your financial institution.

3. Donations – No Refunds

All donations are final and non-refundable. By making a donation, you acknowledge and agree that:

Donations are allocated or committed to producing Strong As Us Books and distributing them throughout Ukraine to children who could not otherwise obtain them.
Donations support charitable purposes and cannot be reversed without jeopardizing our obligations.
Donations are recorded in accordance with applicable accounting regulations for production and distribution.
Donations allow you to give a book. Instead of receiving it, the book is forwarded to a child in Ukraine.

4. Refunds for Returned Products

If you wish to request a refund after receiving your order, you must initiate the return process within 14 calendar days of the product’s confirmed delivery date.

Eligibility for Refund:

Product must be returned unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase and delivery must be provided.

Refund Amount:

Refunded to the card or account from which it came
The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.

Return Shipping:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
